OpenBCM is authored by MARKUS BAUMANN, DH8YMB and is available in Windows, MAC, and Linux. Per the website reference, the latest OpenBCM release is v1.06 and it looks like the website entry is about December 2006. OpenBCM came to my attention by Wolf OE7FTJ, a volunteer member of our Red Cross ham radio-unit and ARENA (Amateur Radio Emergency Network Austria). |
